A real estate company was looking to elevate the look and feel of their new location. The aim was to create an environment that reflects professionalism and quality while offering clients and partners a welcoming and refined experience.

The interior was conceived with the atmosphere of an elegant boutique hotel in mind. Bespoke furniture elements in dark oak veneer, including a custom bar, desks and seating area, define the architectural character of the space. A carefully developed lighting plan enhances the atmosphere and highlights the key materials used throughout the interior.

Red travertine natural stone and soft stucco finishes bring depth and texture to the design, while natural stone flooring introduces warmth and continuity throughout the office. A calm and sophisticated environment where architecture, materials and brand identity come together to create a welcoming and memorable space.
