A refined penthouse retreat where natural materials and soft architectural gestures define the interior atmosphere. The design focuses on creating a harmonious connection between the surrounding landscape and the living spaces, resulting in an environment that feels both serene and contemporary. Carefully curated palette of natural textures shapes the interior. Light oak veneer was used for the bespoke furniture, including the kitchen, TV unit, wall cladding, open closets, home office and bedroom cabinetry, creating continuity throughout the apartment.

Rounded architectural details were integrated into the walls, bringing gentle organic forms. The spatial layout is further defined through a combination of two flooring materials: a concrete floor in the living areas and warm wooden flooring in the private night zones, subtly separated by a custom wooden door. In the powder rooms, a playful touch was introduced through small green tiles that also appear as the backsplash in the kitchen, where Taj Mahal natural stone completes the material palette. The entire apartment was styled by our team through detailed mood boards and 3D visualisations, ensuring that every element, from materials to furnishings, was carefully considered before the start of this design & build project.
