Where architecture, materials and design thinking come together. Designed by senior interior architect Sara Belaïch, our office was conceived as a functional yet inspiring space that reflects the identity and design language of oue Desing & Build company.

The layout combines several functions, meeting spaces, working areas and a dedicated material sample room are integrated to create a fluid working environment where design discussions and material selections naturally take place. The interior reveals the studio’s aesthetic preferences, where darker tones, strong materials and architectural clarity shape the atmosphere. A dark wooden floor anchors the space, complemented by smoked oak elements and a kitchen finished with striking green marble.

The combination of subtle brutalist influences with a refined minimalist approach defines the character of the office. The result is a calm yet expressive workspace that reflects the studio’s vision: minimal, architectural and quietly elegant.
