Location

Transform a former warehouse into an architectural urban loft, where the original character of the building was carefully preserved. The exposed brick walls were maintained as a defining feature, revealing the history of the space and giving the interior its distinctive industrial identity. To balance this raw materiality, soft stucco finishes were applied to the remaining walls, creating a calm architectural backdrop. Warm wooden flooring runs throughout the loft, introducing texture and comfort while reinforcing the welcoming atmosphere of the home.

The interior design embraces a minimalist architectural language, where each material and element was carefully selected to achieve a sense of refined simplicity. At the heart of the loft, a custom-designed kitchen combines inox, travertine stone and dark smoked oak veneer. The contrast between these materials creates depth while maintaining the restrained palette that characterizes the project. The design was completed through curated decoration and styling by senior interior architect Sara Belaïch, ensuring that the interior feels both cohesive and personal. The result is a warm and elegant loft where industrial heritage and contemporary architectural living.
